I was in a hostel in the Philipines and checking out the shower situation. There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom. 2 of them had clear water while the last one (which i washed my hair in) had brown water coming out of the shower head.
At one point, i looked through this hole in the wall where the squat toilet was located and noticed a pile of puke next to the bucket of water.
